Tenders Are Invited For Periodic Inspections Of Real Estate Systems

The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Statutory Periodical Inspections Of The Real Estate Systems Of The Cities Of Kangasala, Nokia And Ylöjärvi And The Municipalities Of Lempäälä And Pirkkala (Hereafter The Customers) (Hereafter The Service). Clients Can Also Be Joint Stock Companies, Foundations And Other Entities Controlled By The Clients. The Procurement Is Divided Into Six (6) Sub-Areas: Sub-Area 1: Inspections Of Fire Alarm Systems (Ylöjärvi) Sub-Area 2: Inspections Of Sprinkler Systems (Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Pirkkala, Ylöjärvi) Sub-Area 3: Inspections Of Elevators (Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Pirkkala, Ylöjärvi) Sub-Area 4: Inspections Of Lifting Equipment, Lifting Doors And Cranes (Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Pirkkala, Ylöjärvi) Sub-Area 5: Inspections Of Electrical Equipment In Buildings (Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Ylöjärvi, Option Pirkkala) Sub-Area 6: Tightness Tests Of Shelters (Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Pirkkala, Ylöjärvi) The Provider Can Offer The Service To All Sub-Areas, Only To One Sub-Area Or To The Number Of Sub-Areas He Chooses. If The Provider Offers A Sub-Area, The Provider Undertakes To Offer The Service To Each Subscriber Marked In The Sub-Area. One (1) Supplier Will Be Selected For Each Sub-Area. In The Request For Tenders, The Targets For Periodic Inspections At The Beginning Of The Contract Period Are Specified. Inspection Targets May Be Added Or Removed During The Contract Period. The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Any Minimum Quantity Regarding The Items. The Customer Informs The Supplier Selected On The Basis Of The Tender About Possible Changes To The Items During The Contract Period. If The Customer Receives New Items During The Contract Period, The Pricing Will Be Based On The Prices Given By The Supplier In Its Offer For An Item Of Similar Characteristics And Size Category. The Actual Contract Period Is 48 Months. As An Option, The Contract Can Be Changed To An Indefinite One.
