The Construction Site Is Located In The Municipality Of Pirkkala, In The New Site Plan Area Of Loukonlahti. The Construction Contract Includes The Construction Of Water Supply And Plot Streets To The Point That The Construction Of Real Estate In The Area Is Possible. The Construction Area Is Mostly Arable Land. The Form Of Contract Is A Total Contract With A Total Price. In The Construction Plan Documents Obtained In Advance By The Customer And To The Extent Required In Section 4 Of The Contract Program, The Construction Work And Material Procurement Included In The Contract Are Included In The Contract In Accordance With All Contract Documents, So That The Final Result Of The Work, The Structures, Their Parts And The Construction Materials Used Meet The Requirements Set For Them.
