We Are Asking For An Offer For The Renovation Of The Balconies And Corridors Of The Tiklinkuja 3 Property Owned By Espoo Asunnot Oy. Tiklinkuja 3, Located In Espoos Lintuvaara, Was Built In 1993. The Property Consists Of Seven One- Or Two-Story Townhouses And Terraced Houses. The Facades Consist Of Reinforced Concrete Sandwich Elements, The Outer Surfaces Of Which Have A Brick Tile Surface. The Apartments Have Separate Balconies Made Of Concrete, Which Are Supported By Brick Walls. The Entrances To The Two-Story Building Have Concrete-Built Catwalks That Are Supported On Separate Curtain Walls And The Buildings Exterior Walls. The Repair Work Is Aimed At The Propertys Two-Story Log Cabins. In The Repair, The Upper And Vertical Surfaces Of The Buildings Balcony And Skylight Tiles And Skylight Stairs Are Sandblasted Or Mechanically Sanded, Individual Concrete Damages Are Patched And The Cleaned Surfaces Are Over-Levelled. A New Waterproofing Will Be Installed On The Upper Surface Of The Balcony Tiles And The Drainage Ejectors And The Balcony Door Thresholds Will Be Renewed. A New Wear-Resistant Sand-Surfaced Waterproofing Will Be Installed On The Upper Surface Of The Catwalks And Catwalks, And The Ejectors Of The Catwalk Drainage And The Thresholds Of The Main Doors Of The Apartments Will Be Renewed. The Upper Part Of The Luhti Stair Elements Is Additionally Supported With A Steel Part In The Stairs, Where The Original Concrete Structures Of The Upper Part Of The Support Have Been Damaged. The Wooden Cladding And Doors Of The Partitions Of The Balconies And Corridors Will Be Service Painted. The Facade Paneling Against The Warehouse Wall Of The Balustrades Of The Air Corridors Will Be Renewed. The Ventilation Hangers On The Balconies Will Be Renewed. Finally, The Back Walls Of The Balconies And Corridors, As Well As The Outer Surfaces Of The Windows And Doors Of The Balconies, Are Washed. Repairs Are Carried Out While The Residents Live On The Property.
