The Purpose Of This Call For Tenders Is To Acquire A Qualified And Experienced Service Provider To Carry Out Asbestos And Other Harmful Substance Mapping (Aha Mapping) For The Sites Included In The Tender Request. The Properties Are Empty And Are Being Demolished. The Aim Of The Mapping Is To Identify Asbestos And Other Harmful Substances (E.G. Pah Compounds, Pcb, Lead) That May Be Present In The Sites Structures, Materials And Systems, And To Produce A Report That Meets The Authoritys Requirements To Support The Planning And Implementation Of The Demolition Works. This Request For Tenders Concerns Two Real Estate Sites, For Which Bids Will Be Issued Separately. 1. Valkeala Hospital Property (Sairaalakuja 1, 45360 Valkeala)2. Kuusa Hospital Property (Sairaalankuja 3C (Poks), 45750 Kouvola) The Contract Will Be Drawn Up For The Objects According To This Call For Tenders On A Site-By-Site Basis, And One Supplier Per Site Will Be Selected For The Contracts. The Contract Period Is Determined According To The Workload Of The Sites (Tentatively 1 June 2026 - 15 September 2026). The Contract Is Temporary And Is Tied To The Destinations.
