The Renovation Works Affect Corridors And Offices, Grouped At One Of The Main Entrances For Visitors To The Building, Delineating The Center For Administrative Services In The Building Of The Metropolitan Municipality. The Renovation Works Are Carried Out Almost Entirely In The Interior, With The Exception Of The Replacement Of Part Of The Windows On The Ground Floor And Related Works. Spps Include Replacement Of Flooring, Suspended Ceilings, Wall Coverings; Replacement Of Joinery - Cabinet Windows And Doors; Replacement Of Electrical Installations, Including Lighting. The Building Has The Status Of A Single Immovable Cultural Asset With The Category Of Local Importance. The Activities, The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Are Co-Financed By The Beautiful Bulgaria Project, Under Measure M01 Improving The Public Environment In Populated Areas.
