Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Chemicals And Reagents For The Needs Of Sbalhz Ead In 37 Separate Positions

The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Periodically Repeated Supplies Of Chemicals And Reagents For 37 Separate Items, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), With The Aim Of Selecting Contractor(S) And Concluding A Contract(S) Under The Most Favorable Conditions For Sbalhz Ead. The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), An Integral Part Of This Documentation, Describes In Detail The Technical Characteristics, Estimated Quantity And Estimated Value Of Chemicals And Reagents For Each Specific Item. Some Of The Allocated Items Include Sub-Items, And The Participants Must Offer All The Sub-Items Contained In This Allocated Item. The Non-Offering Of All Sub-Items In The Given Specific Position, Or The Non-Compliance Of Any Of Them With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Is Grounds For The Removal Of The Participant From The Order For This Specific Position. The Contracting Authority Allows Submission Of An Offer For One Or More Of The Individual Positions Included In The Subject Of The Public Procurement, As Well As For All Individual Positions.
