The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Appointment Of An Engineering Contractor (Design, Construction And Author Supervision) For The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In Block 20, Klutsohor District, City Of Sliven, Which Has Been Approved By The Ministry Of Regional Development For Financing Under The Sub-Measure Support For Sustainable Energy Renovation Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Including Addressing Energy Poverty Under The Regional Development 2021-2027 Program. The Procedure Stipulates That The Intensity Of The Grant Is 100% Of The Eligible Costs. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Procedure Is Aimed At Sustainable Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building - Block 20 In Klutsohor District, Sliven. The Building Is 90% Intended For Residential Needs, On The 1St Floor In The Entrance. It Houses A Shop, An Upholstery Workshop And Adjoining Warehouses. Total Number Of Independent Objects - 62. It Was Put Into Operation In 1989. It Was Completed With A Reinforced Concrete Supporting Structure Large-Panel Residential Construction (Epzs). There Are 4 Block Sections - 4 Entrances. Entrances A, B And D Have Six Residential Floors Each, And Entrance B - Seven, Unheated Basement, No Attics. The Main Roof Is A Cold Type, Consisting Of Ceiling And Roof Slabs. The Attic Space Is Unusable. Another Type Of Roof Is A Flat Warm One Made Of Assimilated Terraces. The Drainage Of The Roof Is Internal, By Means Of Funnels.
