In The Implementation Of This Public Contract, A Contractor Should Be Appointed To Exercise Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Smr Of The Site Reconstruction Of The Village Water Supply Network Of The Village Of Asenovtsi - 19 Streets, Levski Municipality, Pleven District And The Site Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network Of Balkan Street Ot 38-Ot 41 And Ot 42- Ot 75 And Akatsiya Str. 41-Of 42 Izgrev Village, Levski Municipality, Pleven District The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Investment Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut, As Well As For Those Resulting From Art. 178 Of The Zut, As Well As Other Applicable Provisions Of The Current Legislation.
