The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of An Electric Vehicle - Passenger Car For The Needs Of The Association Local Initiative Group Slivnitsa-Breznik, Including: Equipped According To Art. 139 Of The Road Traffic Act, Accompanied By The Necessary Documents For Its Registration, Service Book, Operating Instructions, As Well As Provision Of Warranty Maintenance. The Order Is For The Supply Of A Factory New, Unused Electric Passenger Car, Intended For: Business Transport Of Personnel, Passenger Transport In Urban And Non-Urban Environments, Daily Operation In Various Road And Weather Conditions. The Requirements Are Defined To Ensure Reliability, Safety, Economy And Functionality Without Restricting Competition. The Electric Vehicle (Ea) Should Comply With The Norms Of Bulgarian Legislation, Including Those For Homologation (Technotest) For Movement On European Roads And Technical Standards In The Eu Or Equivalents At The Date Of Delivery And Technical Characteristics Specified In The Technical Specification Attached To This Documentation. Comply With All Applicable Regulations And Standards (Ec Type Approval, Safety, Environmental Requirements, Etc.) According To The Terms Of Art. 47, Para. 5 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Sets Requirements That Ensure That The Vehicles That Are Delivered Or Used In The Provision Of The Services Meet The Criteria For Clean Vehicles. The Contracting Authority Applies The Requirements To The Clean Vehicles By Indicating In The Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement. The Contracting Authority Prepares The Present Documentation, In Accordance With Resolution No. 356 Of 29.12.2023 Of The Council Of Ministers, Which Specifies The Share Of Clean Vehicles Compared To The Total Number Of Vehicles That Are The Subject Of Delivery For The Snc Local Initiative Group Slivnitsa-Breznik. The Proposed Vehicle Should Have A Valid Ec Certificate Of Conformity Issued By The Manufacturer Or Its Authorized Representative Established In The Community, According To Ordinance No. 60 Of 2009 On The Type Approval Of New Motor Vehicles And Their Trailers, As Well As Meet The Requirements Of Ordinance No. H-21 Of 2023, Which Introduces Into Bulgarian Legislation The Requirements Of Directive (Eu) 2019/1161 On The Promotion Of Clean Vehicles Means.
