The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Needs Of Home Social Patronage - Elhovo, Financed By The Social Protection Fund (Fsz) Under The Target Program Improvement Of The Material Base Of Domestic Social Patronage. All Items Offered By Participants Must Be: Factory New, Compatible And Unused And To Be Accompanied By Relevant Certificates And/Or Declarations Of Origin And Quality From Their Manufacturer; To Correspond In Terms Of Indicators And Parameters To The Technical Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In This Technical Specification. For All Technical And Functional Characteristics Of The Equipment Proposed By The Participant In His Technical Proposal, A Visualization Should Be Presented Or A Reference (Link) To A Site Should Be Attached, Through Which The Employer Can Be Informed About The Vision And Parameters Of The Equipment Offered For Delivery. Documents That Are Not In Bulgarian Must Be Accompanied By A Translation. Detailed Information On The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In The Technical Specification. ​​​​​​​​As Of The Opening Date Of This Procedure, Co-Financing By The Beneficiary Has Not Been Secured, Given That And According To Art. 114 Of The Civil Code, A Clause For Deferred Execution Will Be Included In The Draft Contract. In This Case, Either Party May Request Termination Of The Contract Without Notice After A Three-Month Period From Its Conclusion. After The Expiration Of A 10-Month Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract And In The Event That Financing Has Not Yet Been Secured, The Same Is Considered Terminated.
