Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Machines For Processing Ceramics

The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Execution Of Deliveries, Upon Request By The Contracting Authority, Of Machines For Processing Ceramics, Described By Type, Quantity And With Minimum Technical Characteristics According To The Tables Of The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 To The Invitation To Submit Offers. The Types Of Machines Supplied Are: Front Loading Clay Firing Oven - 1 Piece, Top Loading Clay Firing Oven - 1 Piece, Clay Plate Press - 2 Pieces, Electric Turning Wheel - 2 Pieces And Vacuum Thermoforming Machine - 1 Piece. Important: Depending On Its Needs, The Employer Reserves The Right To Request And Purchase One, Several Or All Machines Described In The Technical Specification. The Contracting Authority Will Send All Its Requests For The Delivery Of Machines No Later Than 20.06.2026. The Contractor Shall Deliver The Ceramic Processing Machines Requested By The Employer With The Dimensions And Parameters Described In His Technical Proposal, In Accordance With The Technical Specification Of The Employer. The Contractor Under The Contract Is Obliged To Provide Warranty Maintenance Of The Delivered Machines, Incl. All Their Components And Accessories For A Period Proposed By Him In The Tables Contained In The Appendix To His Technical Proposal And Not Shorter Than Indicated By The Contracting Authority For Each Type Of Machine According To The Tables Of The Technical Specification. The Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of The Handover Protocol Certifying The Delivery Of The Relevant Machine. The Minimum Requirements For The Machines Subject To Delivery Are Indicated In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 To The Invitation To Submit Offers. It Is Planned That The Machines Will Be Delivered To The Newly Constructed Building Of The National Stem Center In A Property Located In The City Of Sofia, Dragan Tsankov Blvd. No. 21A Or The City Of Sofia, Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd. No. 111, Sofia Tech Park, And The Delivery Address Will Be Specified In The Request For The Delivery Of A Specific Machine Sent By The Employer To The Contractor.
