Nav Provides Interpreting Services Both Using Its Own Permanently Employed Interpreters And External Interpreters. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Establish A Framework Agreement For The Part Of The Need For Interpretation Services That Is Not Covered By Navs Internal Capacity. This Procurement Follows The Procedure Of Competition With Negotiations In Two Stages.
