Descriptionthe Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Ensure Ntnu At The National Center For Science Recruitment (Nsr) Access To Relevant Expertise And Capacity Within Strategic And Operational Communication Assistance, Including Consultancy, Content Production, Campaigns And Further Development Of Digital Communication Surfaces. Communication Assistance Constitutes The Framework Agreements Main Performance And Is Expected To Represent The Main Part Of The Activities Under The Agreement. As Part Of The Communication Work, The Client Uses Its Own Websites And Digital Solutions As Central Communication Surfaces. In Order For The Communication Assistance To Be Delivered Efficiently And Predictably, It Is Necessary That These Solutions Are Stable, Secure And Available Over Time. The Acquisition Therefore Also Includes Hosting Of The Clients Websites And Technical Solutions (Portfolio). Hosting Is Included In The Framework Agreement As A Support Service For The Communication Assistance And Is Delivered As A Fixed Service With A Limited Scope. The Purpose Of The Hosting Is To Support The Use And Further Development Of The Digital Communication Surfaces, Not To Be An Independent Main Delivery.
