Descriptionthe Client Is Inviting A Competition For The Conclusion Of A Service Concession Contract For The Operation Of The Canteen At Fredrikstad Town Hall. The Contract Is Reserved For Businesses With Disabled Or Disadvantaged People, Cf. The Basis Of The Competition Point 3. The Contract Transfers Operating Responsibility And Financial Risk To The Supplier During The Contract Period. Agreement On Regulation Of Land Use With Annexes Is An Addition To This Service Concession Contracts Annex 1 (See Annexes 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3 And 1.1.4). The Operation Must Take Place In Line With The Provisions In The Contract Documents And The Agreement On Regulation Of Land Use. The Supplier Will Not Be Charged With Costs For Premises/Equipment Placed At The Suppliers Disposal Or The Suppliers Energy Consumption In The Town Hall.
