The Assistance Is Provided As An Integrated Part Of The County Councils Organisation. Responsibility For The Results Of The Accounting Function Rests With The County Council As The Client, While The Interim Manager Must Contribute With Management Capacity, Professional Expertise And Advice Within The Framework Of The Agreement. The Accounting Function Is Organizationally Placed In The Finance And Organization Department, Under The Business Management Section. The Section Is Led By The Section Manager Business Management. The Head Of The Accounting Department Reports To The Section Leader And Is Part Of The Sections Management Team. The Professional Group Consists Of Around 10 Employees. The Accounting Function Has A Central Role In Ensuring Correct Accounting, Internal Control, Compliance With Regulations, As Well As The Quality And Availability Of Financial Management Information For The County Councils Management. The County Council Uses Visma Enterprise+ As Erp. The Accounts Are Kept In Accordance With Kostra. The County Municipality Has More Than 820 Responsibility Numbers In The System. In 2025, There Were Approx. 82,000 Incoming Invoice And 26,000 Outgoing Invoice. 146 Notifiers Have Been Set Up In The System, In Addition To Several Accountants And Certifiers.
