The Existing Hpu Has Insufficient Capacity, Lacks Modern Interlocks And Does Not Meet Todays Noise And Safety Requirements. The Delivery Shall Include: Engineering, Production And Factory Testing (Fat), Installation, Sat, Documentation And Training. The Hpu Must Be Delivered Complete In A Noise-Insulated Container. The Current System That The Acquisition Will Replace: We Have 1 Hpu Which Supplies 2 X Working Winches (2 X 90 L/Min) Top Drive (60L/Min) Iron Roughneck (200 L/Min) And A Separate Hpu For Rig Skidding.
