The Proposed Actions Are Defined In The Evaluation Reports And Execution Projects Approved By This Body And Written By The Agricultural Engineer, Mr. Xavi Llombart And Pubill. The Actions Described In These Projects, Promoted By The Regional Council Of La Cerdanya, Are Part Of The Operation Conservation And Maintenance Actions Of The Rural And Neighborhood Network Of Camins De Cerdanya Financed By The Department Of Vice-Presidency And Digital Policies And Territory, Through The Grant With Resolution Ter/4799/2025, Of December 22, By Which It Approves The Early Call For Year 2026 Derived From The Regulatory Basis Of Subsidies For Actions To Improve And Maintain Roads Of The Neighborhood And Rural Network In The Mountain Regions And Aran (Ref. Bdns 877440). The Contract Is Divided Into Five (4) Lots, As Specified In The Next Section, And In Accordance With The Forecasts Of The Project And In Order To Encourage And Facilitate The Participation Of Small And Medium-Sized Companies, In Accordance With What Is Established In Directive 2014/24/Eu And The Lcsp.
