Hiring A Company To Hold A Conference The Contracted Company Must Meet The Legal And Technical Requirements That Guarantee The Quality, Efficiency And Adequate Execution Of The 10Th Municipal Conference On The Rights Of Children And Adolescents, Including, At A Minimum: • Provision Of Specialized Consultancy Services For Technical, Organizational And Event Coordination Support, Covering Conference Planning, Execution And Evaluation; • Proven Experience In Organizing And Executing Conferences, Seminars Or Events Related To Public Policies, Especially In The Areas Of Childrens And Adolescents Rights, Social Assistance And Human Rights; • Proven Technical Capacity, Through Technical Capacity Certificate(S) And/Or Portfolio, Demonstrating The Carrying Out Of Similar Events At Municipal, Regional, State Or National Level; • Be Responsible For The Complete Organization Of The Event, Including: • Preparation Of Internal Regulations; • Preparation Of The Ceremonial; • Conference Methodological Planning; • Organization And Coordination Of Working Groups By Thematic Axes; • Coordination Of The Final Plenary; • Conducting The Delegate Election Process; • Systematization Of Approved Proposals; • Be Responsible For Carrying Out The Main Lecture, With A Qualified Professional, Addressing The Central Theme Of The Conference And In Line With The Guidelines Of The State And National Councils; • Be Responsible For All Operating Costs, Including: • Speaker(S); • Expenses For Transport, Food And Accommodation (If Necessary); • Human Resources Involved; • Materials And Inputs Required For Execution; • Provide All Necessary Materials, Such As: • Folders With Printed Material; • Badges; • Certificates; • Draft Internal Regulations; • Assessment Forms; • Guiding Material For The Thematic Axes; • Guarantee The Delivery Of Materials At Least 48 Hours Before The Event Takes Place; • Prepare And Deliver The Final Conference Report On Time
