Consultative Engineering And Construction Services – Work Execution Supervisory Services For The Objective Extending To 4 Lanes The Road Between Gate 7 And The Junction Of The Objective Road Bridge At Km 0+540 Of The Danube Canal - Black Sea With The Road Connecting Between Gate 9 And The Gate 8 Towards The North Area Of Constanta Port. The Object Of This Procurement Consists Of Services To Supervise The Design And Execution Of The Works For The Objective Extension To 4 Lanes Of The Road Between Gate 7 And The Junction Of The Objective Road Bridge At Km 0+540 Of The Danube - Black Sea Canal With The Road Connecting Between Gate 9 And Gate 8 To The North Area Of The Port Of Constanta, In Compliance With The Minimum Technical Conditions Mentioned In The Specification No. 6802/16.02.2026. The Field Of Supervision Services Is Made Up Of The Following Main Components, Without Being Limited To: - Administration And Management Of The Design And Execution Of Works Contract Fulfilling The Role Of Supervisor As Defined By The Design And Execution Of Works Contract Model Hg1/2018, With The Subsequent Additions And Changes, Of Which: - Activities Related To The Pre-Construction Period - Activities In The Post-Construction Period, Including The Warranty Period And In The Closing Period - Activities Will Be Carried Out According To The Provisions Of The Supervision Services Agreement The Design And Execution Contract Will Mainly Check The Following: - The Manner In Which The Technical Regulations And The Legal Provisions Have Been Complied With; - The Documentation Prepared For Obtaining The Approvals/Approvals/Agreements Of The Construction Authorization (Pac, Poe), Verified By Project Verifiers, The Execution Details And The Bills Of Quantities; - It Will Be Ensured At All Times That The Execution Details Provided By The Contractor Are Sufficient For The Execution Of The Works And The Preparation Of Any Necessary Investigations Or Studies Any Additional Drawings Necessary For The Completion Of The Works, In Accordance With The Legislation, Standards And Technical Regulations In Force; - Will Check The Development And Revision Of The Program Of Determinant Phases, When The Changes Made To The Technical Documentation Require This, And Will Ensure Its Transmission To The Parties Involved; - Mobilization Of The Contractor On The Site.
