Carrying Out The Collection Of Green Waste (Cooked With Leftover Food) From Households In The Obersiggenthal Municipality And The Recycling Of The Collected Green Waste. The Place Of Recycling Can Be Freely Chosen But Must Take Place In A Fermentation Plant. The Green Waste Collections Must Be Carried Out Using A Waste Compactor (Rear Loader) That Has A Comb Dump. The Waste Regulations In The Municipality Of Obersiggenthal Are Currently Being Revised. The Regulations Include Green Waste Disposal According To Weight (Weight System) And Volume (Vignette System). When The New Waste Regulations Are Discussed In The Municipal And Residents Councils, A Decision Will Be Made In June (Project Phase A) As To Which System (Vignette Or Weight System) The Providers Must Submit An Offer For. The Announcement Is Scheduled For June 15Th And Will Be Sent Via Simap. From This Point On It Is Clear Which System The Providers Have To Submit An Offer For (Project Phase B). Therefore, The Present Submission Contains Two Specifications And Supplements For Both Systems. This Tender Replaces The Previously Announced Project #19454, Which Had To Be Deleted For Technical Reasons.
