Krzywa 7, 43-450 Ustroń, While The Place Of Waste Management Is The Installation For Waste Management Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Which Is Operated By The Contractor, Located At A Maximum Distance Of 45 Km From The Ordering Partys Reloading Station Referred To Above, According To The Location On The Website Https://Www.Google.Pl/Maps. 3. The Ordering Party Allows Changing The Waste Management Installation Specified In The Offer Only On The Condition That Another Installation Will Be Located Within A Radius Of Up To 45 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, But No Further Than The Distance Indicated In The Offer. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting An Offer By A Contractor Who Has A Decision Solely For Waste Collection. 5. The Ordering Party Will Transport Waste Using Its Own Efforts And At Its Own Expense. 6. The Given Amounts Of Waste Are Estimates, Therefore The Contractor Will Not Have Any Claims For Sending Smaller Amounts For Further Management, Subject To The Provisions Contained In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Draft Agreement.
