Licenses With Related Support And Maintenance Services Are Acquired For A Period Of Five (5) Years (September 30, 2026 - September 29, 2031) With Annual Billing. The Acquisition Is A Continuation Of The Use Of Existing Licenses And It Provides For The Fact That During The Contract Period The Licenses Can Be Converted To The Citrix Flex Licensing Model, In Which Case The Licenses And The Related Capacity Can Be Acquired As A Service Through The Azure Marketplace From Citrixs Azure Capacity. The Acquisition Also Includes Access Rights To Xenserver, Unicon, Secure Private Access (Spa), Uberagent And Netscaler Products Available With Citrix Desktop And Application Virtualization Licenses With Support Services Provided By The Manufacturer.
