The Object And Goal Of This Eu-Wide Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Red Hat Trading Partner, Through Which The Brandenburg It Service Providers Existing Red Hat Products Can Be Extended And Expanded, And Future Requirements For Red Hat Products Can Also Be Accessed From The Contract, Taking Into Account A Uniform Term End Of June 30, 2030. As Part Of The Conclusion Of The Contract, An Initial Call Should Be Made, Through Which The Existing Red Hat Products Will Be Extended And Expanded. The Contractor Advises The Client On The Management Of The Licensors Usage Rights And On Contract Management Within The Framework Of The Framework Agreement.
