The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Cleaning Services For University Teaching Facilities At Ul. Racławicka 15-17, Building D, D-E And E In Koszalin, Within The Scope Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz) And The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Technical Requirements Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Need To Coordinate Different Contractors Performing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract, As Well As Cause Excessive Technical Difficulties Or Excessive Costs Of Contract Performance. The Subject Of The Order Is Adapted To Be Carried Out By Small And Medium-Sized Entities. 5.
