The Subject Of The Public Contract Is: - The Physical Supply Of Electricity To The Customers Take-Off Points (Hereinafter Referred To As Supply) With The Assumption Of The Obligation To Take Electricity From The Electricity System, - The Transfer Of Responsibility For The Deviation To The Supplier In Accordance With Act No. 458/2000 Coll., On Business Conditions And The Performance Of State Administration In The Energy Sector And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws (Energy Act), As Amended And In Accordance With The Decree Of The Energy Regulatory Office No. 408/2015 Coll., On The Electricity Market Rules, Pricing Principles For The Activity Of The Electricity Market Operator And The Implementation Of Some Other Provisions Of The Energy Act, As Amended, And Other Implementing Decrees To This Act As Amended, - Ensuring Regulated Access To The Transmission System And Distribution Systems And Ensuring System Services, - Ensuring Invoicing Of Regulated And Unregulated Components Of The Price Of Electricity. Place Of Fulfillment Electricity Supply Points Of The Contracting Authorities From The Hv And Lv Voltage Level In A Total Number Of 39 And In A Total Quantity Of Supply Of Approx. 840.5 Mwh/Year, For The Supply Period 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2028 Approx. 1,681 Mwh: A) Voltage Level Of Lv - Supply Points In A Number Of 38 And In A Total Quantity Of Approx. 952 Mwh (I.E. Approx. 476 Mwh/Year), B) Hv Voltage Level - Take-Off Points In The Number Of 1 And In The Total Amount Of Approx. 729 Mwh (I.E. Approx. 364.5 Mwh/Year) - The Contract Will Be Concluded Only For The Supply Of Electricity, Without Distribution.
