Refuse And Waste Related Services – Provision Of Waste Management Services In The Village Of Proboštov. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Waste Management Services For The Municipality Of Proboštov In Accordance With Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste, As Amended And Its Implementing Amendments (Hereinafter Also The Act). These Are The Following Waste Management Services Of The Municipality Of Proboštov: A) Rental Of Vessels And Containers, And Delivery Of Waste Collection Supplies (Bags), Including Their Delivery At Specified Dates To Addresses Or Places Specified By The Customer, B) Provision Of Collection, Collection, Transport And Handling Of Waste, As Well As Utilization Or Removal (Hereinafter Also Disposal) Of Mixed Municipal Waste (Hereinafter Referred To As Sko), Biodegradable Waste (Hereinafter Referred To As Biowaste), Wood, Bulky Waste, Sorted Municipal Waste (Paper, Plastic, Glass, Composite Packaging, Metals, Textiles), Hazardous Waste, Construction Waste (Hereinafter Referred To As Waste) Collected In Containers Or Containers, As Well As Sorted Waste Stored Next To Containers For Separate Collection, So-Called Appendices, C) The Subject Of The Performance Is Also The Disinfection Of Containers And Containers For Collection From The Doorstep And From Recycling Nests At Least Once A Year, Repair And Replacement Of Containers In In Case They Are No Longer Usable From A Technical Or Security Point Of View (Including Theft), And The Supply Of Stamps For Marking Vessels And Containers. D) Maintaining All Mandatory Records And Reporting Agendas Related To Waste Management, Which Result From The Law Or The Customers Contracts With An Authorized Packaging Company, E) Other Performance And Activities Not Expressly Mentioned In The Contract, Which Are, However, Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And Their Fulfillment Is Necessary To Fulfill The Subject Of The Contract And To Provide Services According To The Contract. More Details On The Subject Of Performance Are Provided In The Tender Documentation Appendices: Appendix No. 1 – Draft Contract And Appendix No. 5 – Price Table. Part Of The Tender Conditions Is Also Annex No. 8 - Agreement On The Collection Of Fees, Incl. Attachments. This Agreement Will Establish That The Contractor Ensuring The Collection And Disposal Of Waste Will Handle All Legislation Related To The Legal Fee For Landfilling For The Client.
