The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct An Information And Promotional Campaign Promoting Activities To Improve Air Quality In The Pomeranian Voivodeship, In Particular Activities Resulting From Anti-Smog Resolutions, Addressed To People Aged 18-25. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In: • Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz; • The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 1. Contractors Who Meet The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure Specified By The Ordering Party May Apply For The Award Of The Contract In Question. 2. The Ordering Party Requires The Fulfillment Of The Condition For Participation In The Procedure, In Terms Of The Contractors Technical Or Professional Capacity: 1) The Contractor Will Demonstrate That During The Last Four Years, And If The Period Of Running The Business Is Shorter - During This Period, At Least Two Services Consisting In: • Preparation And Implementation Of An Advertising, Promotional Or Information Campaign For Public Administration Bodies And/Or • Preparation And Implementation Of An Advertising, Promotional Or Information Campaign Regarding Environmental Protection Or Social Issues, Along With Providing The Names And Addresses Of These Bodies And The Dates Of Performance Services. Note: • The Ordering Party Requires That In The Case Of Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract, All Experience Required In This Point Must Be Demonstrated By At Least One Of The Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract. • If The Contractor Relies On The Technical Or Professional Abilities Of Another Entity To Confirm Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings, The Above Condition Will Be Considered Met If It Is Fully Met By That Entity. 3. When Assessing The Technical Or Professional Capacity, The Ordering Party May, At Any Stage Of The Procedure, Consider That The Contractor Does Not Have The Required Capabilities If The Contractors Conflicting Interests, In Particular The Involvement Of The Contractors Technical Or Professional Resources In Other Economic Ventures Of The Contractor, May Have A Negative Impact On The Implementation Of The Order. 4. With Respect To Contractors Jointly Applying For The Award Of A Contract, They May Rely On The Capabilities Of Those Contractors Who Will Perform The Services For Which These Capabilities Are Required. 5. If The Contractor Uses The Potential Of Another Party (Third Party), Contractors May Rely On The Capabilities Of Entities Providing Resources If These Entities Perform Services For Which These Capabilities Are Required. 6.
