This Procurement Includes Turnkey Contracting In Collaboration Regarding Planning, Supplementary Design And Execution Of Renovation Of The Buildings On Verkstadsvägen 28, 34, 36 And 38 In Falu Municipality. The Respective Building Forms A Main Part. Kopparstaden Has Recently Renovated The Buildings On Verkstadsvägen 30 And 32 (Stage 1) And Carried Out Planning For The Buildings Covered By This Procurement. For Houses 34 And 36, Light Demolition And Asbestos Removal Will Be Carried Out Before The Start Of The Contract And Are Therefore Not Part Of This Contract. Planned Start Of Production Is Autumn 2026. The Intention Is To Renovate Two Houses Per Year With The Initial Stage For This Contract Covering Verkstadsvägen 34 And 36.
