The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Deployment, Monitoring, Support And Maintenance Services Of The Multi-Service Network Infrastructure That Supports Communications, Cctv And Sensors Deployed In The Alcalá De Guadaíra Industrial Business Parks Of Alcalá X, Espaldillas, Cabeza Hermosa And Polysol. It Is Basically Divided Into: A) Deployment: Commissioning Of The Multi-Service Network Infrastructure That Supports Communications, Cctv And Sensors Already Installed. B) Monitoring And Early Warning: Implementation And Operation Of An Active Monitoring System That Guarantees Continuous Supervision (24X7) Of The Operational Status Of All The Elements Included In This Tender. C) Support And Maintenance: Daily Operations To Guarantee Operational Continuity, Prevention Of Failures, Agile Resolution Of Incidents And Continuous Improvement Of All Devices And Systems Subject To This Tender D) Corrective Maintenance: The Successful Bidder Must Carry Out Corrective Maintenance Of The Devices And Systems Included In The Tender When They Present Failures, Through Diagnosis (Remote Or On-Site), Repair Or Replacement Of Components, And Restoration Of Service In Accordance With The Defined Slas. E) Preventive Maintenance: The Successful Bidder Will Be Responsible For Carrying Out Periodic Preventive Maintenance Tasks On All Devices And Systems Included In The Tender, Planning Them Monthly And Documenting Them In Specific Reports.
