The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is: Electrical Energy Supply And Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For The Municipality Of Svilengrad The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Ensure The Needs Of The Municipality Of Svilengrad For The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy And The Selection Of A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For Sites On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Svilengrad For A Period Of 12 /Twelve/ Months, Considered From The Date Of Registration Of The First Registered Schedule With An Option To Extend The Term Of The Contract By 2 /Two/ Months And An Option For Additional Deliveries. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity That Will Be Supplied For The Duration Of The Contract /12 Months/ For All Sites Of The Contracting Authority Is 2,108,018 Kwh Or 2,108,018 Mwh. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity When Using The Option To Extend The Period Of Execution Of The Order By 2 (Two) Months Is 350,000 Kwh Or 350,000 Mwh. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity When Using The Additional Supply Option Is 50,000 Kwh Or 50.00 Mwh. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specification; The Contractors Technical And Price Proposal.
