This Tender Concerns The Tender Of Soft Facility Management (Hereafter Fm) For Denmarks Prisons (Formerly The Correctional Service) (Hereafter Ordering Party) By The Board Of Denmarks Prisons. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation In Accordance With Section Ii Of The Public Procurement Act, Which Means That Any Economic Operator Can Apply To Be Pre-Qualified, But Only The Pre-Qualified Applicants Can Submit A Tender. The Range Includes The Following Four Service Areas: 1. Cleaning 2. Internal Service 3. Waste Management 4. Fleet Service Each Service Area Contains A Number Of Services And Sub-Services. Cleaning Includes, Among Other Things Cleaning And Window Polishing And Is By Far The Largest Service Area In The Agreement. Denmarks Prisons Comes Under The Ministry Of Justice And Consists Of The Board Of Denmarks Prisons And Two Prison Districts. Denmarks Prisons Runs The Countrys Prisons And Detention Centres, Supervises Convicts, Works With Crime Prevention And Creates Security In Society Together With The Other Authorities In The Legal System. Denmarks Prisons Is Thus Responsible For, Among Other Things, Closed Prisons, Open Prisons, Arrests, Exclusion Prisons, Ankle Wards, Supervision Offices, Juvenile Correctional Facilities, Transport Units, Departure Centres, An Immigration Institution, The Organisations Own Schools And Institutions In Greenland. The Organization Is Present In Denmark, Greenland And The Faroe Islands. The Current Tender Concerns The Principals Locations In Denmark And Almost 100 Locations In Denmark Of Varying Size Distributed Over Around 100,000 Cleaned M2, Geographically Located All Over The Country. Locations On The Faroe Islands And Greenland Are Thus Not Covered By The Offer. Not All Services And Partial Services Are Performed At All Locations; This Depends, Among Other Things, Of The Nature (Type) And Size Of The Location In Question And Whether The Location In Question Supports Client Employment. The Agreement Is Expected To Start Operations On 1 September 2027, And The Tender Is Estimated To Have An Estimated Value Of Between Dkk 325 And Dkk 400 Million. Dkk Within The Four Service Areas. The Estimated Value Constitutes An Estimate Of The Expected Contract Sum For The Full Term Of The Contract Incl. Possible Extension Periods. The Estimate Is Based On Historical Consumption. The Stated Contract Sum Also Includes The Locations Direct Payment To The Supplier In The Form Of Order Services And Offer Services. The Client Is Looking Into A Penal Reform That Must Be Implemented During The Term Of The Fm Agreement. The Penal Reform Entails, Among Other Things, An Expansion Of The Number Of Uniformed And Civilian Employees As Well As Around 2,000 New Prison Places In The Next 10 Years. The Client Wants To Ensure That The Deliveries Can Be Continuously Adapted To The Specific Needs Of The Locations And Therefore Has A Strong Focus On A Scalable And Flexible Contract That Can, For Example, Embrace Moving Into New Buildings
