If The North Karelia Procurement Agency Terminates The Contract No Later Than Twelve (12) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period, The Contract Will End On June 30, 2030. If The Contract Is Not Terminated At The End Of The Contract Period, The Contract Continues Indefinitely With A Notice Period Of Twelve (12) Months. The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish. The Entire Procurement Process Is In Finnish. The Service Must Comply With The Directly Binding Regulations Of The European Union, Finnish Laws And Regulations, And Regulations Issued By The Authorities.
