The Latter Includes Consulting, Conception, Planning And Implementation When Using The Central Export Interface And Special Program Functions For Updates And Version Changes As Well As Development Services In The Cobra Crm Environment (Including Training). The Estimated Amount For Personnel Services Is 400 Working Days In The Conception And Implementation Service Bundle And 120 Working Days In The Software Development Service Bundle Over The Entire Contract Term Of Four Years. For The Maintenance Of The Software, As Regulated In The Maintenance Certificate (Appendix 1 To The Service Description), The Non-Binding Purchase Quantity Is 200 Pieces Of Agvs Per Year.
