Repair And Maintenance Services Of Security Equipment – Creation And Maintenance Of Smoke Extraction And Fire Safety Systems In Buildings. Maintenance Of Smoke Extraction Installations And Fire Safety Systems Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Recommendations Of Apsad Rules And Manufacturers. The Contract Holder Undertakes To Ensure: - Preventative Maintenance Of The Installations; - Urgent Interventions; - Providing The Necessary Personnel; - Development Of The Maintenance Schedule; - A Monthly Meeting; - Preparing Passage Slips; - Updating Installations; - Submission Of The Consolidation File; - And To Provide The Maintenance Log Per Site. The Holder Must Hold The Apsad Qualification Or Equivalent. Given The Uncertain Number Of Corrective Maintenance Interventions Likely To Be Ordered, The Contract Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement, Which Is Executed Using Purchase Orders, Within The Meaning Of Articles R2162-4 2°, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Order Thresholds To Be Taken, For All Services, Are As Follows: - Without Minimum Annual Amount; - Maximum Annual Amount: 450,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax. The Maximum Amount Indicated Above Does Not Correspond To The Order Estimate Provided By The City. As An Estimate, The City Could Order: - Up To 425,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax Of Services Per Year (For All Services) These Amounts Are In No Way Contractual And Could Be Subject To Change.
