The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor Of A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties And Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes, Located In The Rusiec Commune, As Well As The Collection And Management Of Waste From The Municipal Segregated And Bulky Waste Collection Point And The Collection Of Bulky Waste From Outside The Property. The Value Of The Order Executed Under The Option Right Will Not Exceed 15% Of The Value Of The Basic Order. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right After Exhausting The Basic Scope Of The Order. Activation Of The Option Right Requires A Written Declaration Of The Ordering Party Activating The Option Right. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option In Whole Or In Part.
