The Subject Of The Order Is To Assess The Effectiveness Of The Protective Measures Carried Out And To Carry Out Environmental Monitoring At The Indicated 32 Bat Sites, Taking Into Account The Methodology Of The Chief Environmental Protection Inspectorate For Environmental Protection. 2. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: • Verify The Use Of The Adaptation: Checking Whether Bats Use The Facilities (E.G. New Inlets, Hanging/Standing Houses, Stone Tiles, Bowls, Grooved Boards). • Inspection Of The Technical Condition: Assessment Of The Durability Of The Work Performed, The Patency Of The Inlets And The Efficiency Of Devices (E.G. Timer Light Switches). • Security Verification: Checking The Protection Of Entrances Against Unauthorized Persons And The Correctness Of Marking Of Stations/Entrances. • Nature Monitoring: Determining The Current Condition And Functioning Of The Site (Availability Of Shelters, Shelter Area, Availability Of Inlets, Protection Against Disturbance, Etc.) And Assessing The Number Of Colonies (Number Of Adults And Juveniles, If It Is Possible To Count Them) Taking Into Account The Methodology Of The Chief Environmental Protection Inspectorate For Environmental Protection. • For The Site In The Church In Jazów: Observing The Outlets And Indicating The Main Access Routes In Order To Protect The Inlets Against Birds (Jackdaws). • For The Site In The Church In Kamienica: Indication Of The Main Flight Routes To Feeding Grounds And Identification Of Greenery That Is Crucial For The Preservation Of The Site. 3. Details Of The Scope Of The Subject Of This Order Are Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).
