The Supplier Participates In The Acceptance And Transfer Of Goods In Accordance With The Terms Of The Contract. The Customer Has The Right To Refuse To Accept The Goods In The Following Cases: 1) The Goods Are Delivered In Excess Of The Specified Quantity Of The Declared Quantity Of The Customer. 1) Goods Without Proper Documents. 2) Without Certificate Of Conformity. Comply With All Requirements In Accordance With The Technical Specifications.
