These projects are governed by long-term Partnership Agreements covering the design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of educational facilities. The appointed consultant will support ADEK in overseeing contractual compliance, managing stakeholder coordination, monitoring performance across all project phases, and ensuring effective administration of the Partnership Agreements and associated Project Documents.
