All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rwf 900,000 which is duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, at the address mentioned above not later than 2:00 pm local time on May 30th, 2026. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
