Request for proposals for Consultancy supporting Country Program Collaborative Systems INVITATION The Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) invites qualified consultancy firms or individual consultants to provide support to three Country Program Collaborative Systems. Background: The Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) is undertaking an initiative to improve the structure, accessibility, and governance of country-level data across programs. Currently, data is stored, shared, and managed in a decentralized manner, with practices varying across country offices. This initiative is led by WCS Information Technology (IT) to establish consistent and secure collaboration practices across WCS., Objective: WCS seeks a consultant to assist with developing and implementing new Microsoft-based solutions using Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive after assessing current data usage and collaborative practices in Gabon, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and the Republic of Congo (RoC). All solution designs, configurations, and implementations will align with WCS governance, standards, policies, and architectural direction. Focus of responsibilities: Conduct assessments of each countrys collaborative needs by providing detailed information and insights into the programs current data storage, usage, and sharing. Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of the data architecture in close collaboration with the SharePoint/Solutions Engineer. Ensure compliance with WCS IT and related policies and adherence to best practices. Oversight and Reporting: The consultant will report to the SharePoint Engineer designated by WCS IT. The WCS IT will provide strategic direction, approve deliverables, and retain ownership of all technical and architectural decisions. The consultant will not implement solutions, grant access, or modify configurations outside of WCS IT-approved standards and procedures. Required qualifications: Workflow analysis and documentation of use cases. Microsoft 365-based collaboration environments and associated add-in tools. Data management, systems administration, and platform security. Demonstrated experience working with centralized IT governance and operating models. International multi-country organizations, non-profit preferred. Strong communications and stakeholder engagement skills. Flexible work schedule and onsite travel. Fluent in English and French.
