Tenders are invited for Procurement of Portable Car Jump Starters The Alliance reserves the right to increase or decrease the procurement volume within 20% of the amount specified in the Specification. The winner will be selected separately for each lot (applicable only if the specification includes several lots). Proposals may be submitted for all lots or for individual lots. The deadline for submission of tender proposals is no later than 15 May 2026, 11:00 (UTC+02:00). Any proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. Proposals submitted in accordance with this announcement and the provisions specified in the attached documents will be evaluated based on the parameters outlined in the Specification. The winner is expected to be selected within 4 working days during a meeting of the tender committee, but no later than 22 May 2026. Within 3 working days after the meeting, the Alliance will publish the Committees decision and notify the winners of the results.
