Tenders are invited for Multimedia Creative Production Services Purpose / Role Create a range of communication materials that highlight CARE and its donors activities and impact in Lebanon. Use compelling videos, photography, visuals, graphics, and layouts to effectively showcase the impact of these activities. Ensure that all materials are adaptable across various platforms. This assignment requires familiarity with key humanitarian sectors to support the development of accurate, ethical, and impactful communication outputs. The service provider is expected to have a general understanding of WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Shelter, Gender and Protection, and Food Security and Livelihoods, enabling them to translate technical interventions into clear and engaging content. This includes the ability to reflect sector-specific priorities, sensitivities, and challenges, while ensuring that all materials are contextually relevant and aligned with humanitarian standards and principles. The assignment may require the mobilization of multiple creative and technical specialists depending on the scope and complexity of each deliverable. Expected Key Outputs Short cinematic documentary (3-15 minutes per documentary): Cinematic-quality, character-driven documentaries highlighting beneficiaries and humanitarian aid workers. Each documentary usually requires between 2 to 5 days of filming. 90 seconds versions of the documentary. Trailer for the documentary. Campaign videos, featuring celebrities with broad reach among general audiences in Lebanon, including awareness-raising campaigns on key humanitarian issues, public behavior change campaigns, and advocacy campaigns highlighting urgent needs and program impact. Teaser for the campaign videos. Podcasts, each episode is 5 to 15 minutes. High-quality photographs, including portraits, candid shots of beneficiaries in motion, distributions and landscape photography. Written documents, including detailed reports (580 pages) supported by graphs, infographics, and visual elements, as well as training curricula, standardized templates (such as assessment tools, reporting templates, and guidelines), policy briefs, case studies, advocacy papers, concept notes, and strategic communication documents. Social media posts, with interesting designs, creative and compelling with infographics. Video animations (2D and motion graphics) focusing on WASH, agriculture, gender, protection, and other activities relevant to CARE projects. Responsibilities and Tasks Content Production & Review Produce high-quality and cinematic documentaries, trailers, campaign videos, podcasts, and photography with cinematic, storytelling quality, aligned with current trends and designed to maximize audience engagement and virality. Prepare 818 drafts of review for each video, documentary, and trailer to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with objectives. Capture beneficiaries, social workers, and communities in their natural environments while respecting dignity and privacy. Produce high-quality documentaries and humanitarian photography, including portraits, action shots, event coverage, field activities, and storytelling imagery suitable for advocacy, donor visibility, media, and digital platforms. Provide professional videography services, including cinematic filming, interviews, drone footage (where permitted), multi-format editing, sound design, subtitling, and platform-adapted video outputs. Branding & Visual Identity Ensure all materials adhere to CAREs branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across digital, print, and audio platforms. Provide creative direction to enhance storytelling, visual representation, and engagement of CARE initiatives. Design professional layouts for reports, social media posts, and campaign materials using strategic typography, color palettes, and imagery. Produce creative graphic design materials adapted for digital campaigns, publications, advocacy products, donor visibility, and social media engagement. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with CAREs communications team, project managers, field teams, and stakeholders to gather content, insights, and other needed materials Have access to and/or coordinate a multidisciplinary creative team to amplify the impact of communication materials, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, video editors, motion graphic designers, audio specialists, social media designers, and celebrities/influencers (when needed). Demonstrate the capacity to engage and coordinate with media platforms and journalists, leveraging diverse networks to ensure consistent, accurate messaging delivered within tight timelines. Be available for both online and in-person work sessions, meetings, and calls as a mechanism to complete the assigned tasks. Deploy different creative specialists depending on the nature and requirements of each assignment and deliverable. Conduct field visits, interviews, photography, and audiovisual recording across Lebanon, including in remote or hard-to-reach areas when required, in coordination with CARE security and field procedures. Adaptation & Quality Assurance Refine and adapt materials based on internal feedback to ensure clarity, accessibility, and maximum impact. Ensure all visual and audio outputs are optimized for various formats, including digital, social media, and broadcast. Maintain an organized archive of all design files, audiovisual materials, and reports for accessibility, consistency, and future updates, based on the requested duration. Support for Advocacy & Fundraising Develop visual and storytelling materials that support advocacy, fundraising, and donor engagement efforts. Ensure that content highlights CAREs impact, beneficiary experiences, and project objectives effectively. Support for thematic materials: Demonstrated knowledge of key humanitarian sectors, including WASH, Shelter, Gender and Protection, and Food Security and Livelihoods, to ensure accurate and contextually appropriate content development. Ability to translate technical sectoral information into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly communication and advocacy materials. Experience in developing communication outputs that reflect sector-specific sensitivities, particularly around gender, protection, and vulnerable populations. Capacity to collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment of messaging with programmatic objectives and humanitarian standards. Understanding cross-cutting themes (e.g., gender equality, protection mainstreaming, and accountability to affected populations) in the development of thematic materials. Professional Development & Innovation Stay updated with cinematic, audio, photography, and digital design trends to maintain innovative and impactful materials.
