The Service Provider Is Therefore Responsible For - Property Management And Maintenance Of Properties Owned By The Jämijärvi Municipality, Including The Yard And Outdoor Areas - Maintenance Of The Parking Lot Roads, Jämis Lighted Outdoor Recreation Route And The Lighting Of The Mutkala Industrial Area (Excl. Electrical Work Subject To A Permit) - Waste Management And Area Collection Points - The Pihlajamaa Monument With Its Outdoor Areas - The Outdoor Areas Of The Regional Museum - Carpet Washing Place - Market Area - Dog Park - The Services Specified In The Service Description Care And Maintenance Of Sports Facilities As Well As Park And Lawn Areas (Described In Appendix 6). The Combined Floor Area Of The Properties Is Approx. 10,600 M2 And The Total Plot Area Is Approx. 70,000 M2. Treatment Areas And Their Exact Locations Are Described In Appendix 1 Service Description. Indicative Maps Of The Grass Areas To Be Maintained Are In Appendix 6. Property Maintenance Services Are Mainly Performed With The Service Providers Work Tools, Machines And Equipment, The Costs Of Acquiring And Maintaining Which The Service Provider Is Responsible For. No Separate Mileage Allowance Is Paid. The Customer Pays For All Materials And Accessories To Be Permanently Installed At The Contract Sites (Such As Water Taps, Fuses, Lamps, Filters For Ventilation Machines). The Procurement Of Materials And Substances Is Confirmed By The Customer Before The Order. The Service Provider Performs The Property Maintenance Services At The Sites During The Normal Working Hours Shown In The Service Description In Appendix 1, Insofar As The Performance Of The Work Does Not Interfere With The Normal Use Of The Properties And A More Precise Performance Time Has Not Been Announced. The Service Provider Must Also Be On Call 24/7. Regarding Urgent Service Requests, The Service Provider Must Start Performing The Work No Later Than One (1) Hour After The Service Request Has Arrived At The Service Provider.
