The Customer Selects Three (3) Of The Candidates With The Most Points From The Selection Criteria For The Negotiation Procedure, As Described In Appendix 1. Appendix 1 And Appendix 2. If Necessary, The Contracting Authority Makes A Decision Regarding The Selection Of Candidates And Sends A Negotiation Invitation To The Selected Bidders. At This Stage, The Customer Completes The Procurement Documents In The Bem Project Bank. The General Description Of The Negotiation Procedure And The Preliminary Schedule Are Presented In The Appendix Procurement Description. After The Negotiations, The Customer Submits A Final Request For Quotation, Based On Which The Bidders Submit A Price Offer.
