Salo Citys Facility Services Is Requesting Bids For The Procurement Of Site Supervision And Coordinator Tasks For The Early Childhood Education And School Project In Uskela In Accordance With This Request For Bids And The Documents Attached To It. The Tasks Include The Tasks According To The Task Lists Of The Supervision Of Building Construction Work And The Supervision Of Building Technology, With The Additions And Clarifications Presented In This Call For Tenders. The Procurement Is Divided Into Three Different Areas And The Bidder Can Offer One Or More Areas. The Project Includes The Construction Of A New School And Kindergarten Building, The Demolition Of The Old School Building And The Yard Work Of The New Building. The Contract Form Of The Project Is A Shared Contract, Where The Construction Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor. The Construction Site Of Uskelas Early Childhood Education And School Unit Is Located At Kavilankatu 1, 24100 Salo. The New Building Will Be Built On The Same Plot As The Current School Building. The Current School Building Will Be Demolished In Two Different Parts. The Current School Will Be In Use Throughout The Construction. The Goal Is That The Work Will Start In June 2026. The Preliminary Schedule Of The Project Is As Follows: The Construction Of The New School Building Will Be Ready On October 30, 2027. The Demolition Work Of The Old School And The Yard Areas Will Be Ready On July 1, 2028.
