This Is An Invitation To Market Dialogue, Not A Procurement Announcement. The Market Dialogue Is Related To The Procurement Of Oulun Satama Oys Security Services And Ship Mooring And Unmooring Services. The Procurement Items And Grouping Will Be Specified And Determined By A Possible Published Call For Tenders. Currently, Area Guarding And Ship Service Are Carried Out In The Areas Of Oulu Port So That There Is One Guard At All Times Of The Day And Year, Whose Main Station Is The Oritkari Gate Building.
