The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Divided Into 2 (Two) Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Construction And Assembly Works For Reconstruction And New Construction Of Low-Voltage Overhead And Cable Networks With The Removal Of Electricity Meter Panels At The Property Boundary, On The Territory Of Blagoevgrad District Separate Position No. 2: Construction And Assembly Works For Reconstruction And New Construction Of Low-Voltage Overhead And Cable Networks With The Removal Of Electricity Meter Panels At The Property Boundary, On The Territory Of The Vratsa Region. Each Applicant/Participant May Participate For All Designated Positions (One Or More Designated Positions, Up To The Maximum Number Of Designated Positions For The Subject Of The Order) Provided That It Meets The Requirements Of The Ppa, The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Ppa And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Including The Selection Criteria Specified In The Announcement And This Documentation. The Contracting Authority Does Not Limit The Number Of Individual Positions That Can Be Assigned To The Same Contractor. The Examination And Evaluation Of The Offers, The Ranking Of The Participants And The Determination Of The Contractor Shall Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Sop, Ppzop And The Present Documentation. The Criterion For Awarding The Current Public Procurement When Determining The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Is Lowest Price. The Ranking Of The Participants Is Carried Out For Each Specific Position Separately. The Term Of The Contract For Each Specific Position Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months From The Date On Which It Is Concluded Or Until The Maximum Value Of The Contract Is Reached, Depending On Which Of The Events So Specified Will Occur First In Time. The Category Of Constructions Falling Within The Scope Of Each Specific Item Of This Public Procurement Is The Third, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, Letters B) And G) Of The Territorial Planning Act. The Group Of Constructions Falling Within The Scope Of Each Of The Separate Positions Of This Public Procurement Is The Third - Constructions Of The Energy Infrastructure, According To Art. 5, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Regulations For The Procedure For Entry And Maintenance Of The Central Professional Register Of Builders (Prvvcprs).
