Upgrade By Modernization/Improvement Of The Existing Installation For Reception And Recycling Of 12,532.21 T/Y. Separately Collected Food (At 100% Collected), Namely 7131.86 Tons/Year. And Garden (At 100% Collected), Namely 5400.45 Tons/Year. Biodegradable Household Waste Generated From The Territory Of The Municipality Of Pleven And Technological Improvement Of The Open Composting Of The Wood Waste Of The Municipality Of Pleven And Of All The Biodegradable Waste Of All Municipalities From The Pleven Wwtp, Treated To Date. The Full Scope And Parameters Of The Activities To Be Performed By The Contractor Are Specified In The Technical Specification.
