Tenders Are Invited For Out-Of-Warranty Maintenance, Repair, Incl. Provision Of Spare Parts And Consumables For The Road Vehicles Of The Vma And Its Subordinate Structures In The Country
Separate Position No. 1: Out-Of-Warranty Maintenance, Repair, Including Provision Of Spare Parts And Consumables For Passenger Cars Of The Vma And Its Subordinate Structures In The Country 🛠️ The Object Of This Public Procurement Is A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, Part 2 Of This Participation Documentation. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Services For Out-Of-Warranty Maintenance, Repair, Incl. Provision Of Spare Parts And Consumables For The Road Vehicles Of The Mma And Its Subordinate Structures In The Country Under Specific Positions. The Types Of Services Are Divided Into 3 (Three) Separate Positions (As Only A Separate Position With No. 1 Will Be Awarded Through The Present Procedure). The Activities Will Be Carried Out After A Written Request Sent By The Employer To The Contractor. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specifications Are Indicative And Depend On The Current Needs Of The Bma. Within The Framework Of The Contract Term, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Request Activities According To The Specification Until The Value Of The Contract Is Reached (The Financial Limit), As Well As Not To Request The Performance Of Activities In The Event That Such Needs Have Not Specifically Arisen. The Total Number Of Passenger Cars Of The Mma And Its Structures In The Country Is 104, And The Estimated Amount Of Parts Amounts To 2,041. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Change The Activities Specified In Part 2 Technical Specification According To Its Needs And The Actual Condition Of The Road Vehicles, Including To Refuse To Perform Certain Types Of Activities, As Well As To Request Those That Are Not Included In The Technical Specification, But Fall Under And/Or Are Necessary For The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right, If Necessary: To Change The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification, According To His Needs; To Give Up Activities Included In The Specification, In The Event Of A Change In The Regulatory Framework, Structural Changes In The Bma, As Well As When The Need To Carry Them Out Ceases; To Declare New Types Of Activities That Are Not Included In The Technical Specification, But Are In Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement; * Under New Types Is Meant: Activities Equivalent/Similar To Those Included In The Technical Specification.
