In Fulfillment Of The Engineering Contract, The Contractor Is Expected To Carry Out The Following Main Activities: Activity 1: Development Of An Investment Project - In The Working Project Phase, According To The Zut, Ordinance No. 4 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Accompanied By Detailed Quantitative Accounts For The Applicable Parts And A Detailed Quantitative-Value Account; Activity 2: Implementation Of Smr, Including Delivery, Construction And Commissioning Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant With A Capacity Of 200 Kwp, On The Basis Of The Developed And Approved Working Project, In Compliance With The Requirements Of All Laws, Regulations, Norms In Force At The Moment In The Republic Of Bulgaria, Regarding The Implementation Of Objects And Works Of This Nature; Activity 3: The Exercise Of Authors Supervision During The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works On The Site In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162 Of The Territorial Planning Act.
